SYSTEM WILL BRING HEAVY RAIN TO THE REGION. JUST BEFORE SUNRISE
HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING THROUGH NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND DELAWARE AND
SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST. THIS RAIN WILL
MOVE INTO EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA THIS MORNING. WESTERN SECTIONS OF
  OUR AREA...INCLUDING NORTHEASTERN MARYLAND...EASTERN
PENNSYLVANIA...AND PARTS OF DELAWARE...WILL GET THE FIRST ROUND
OF THE HEAVIEST AND STEADIEST RAIN. THEN AS THE BAND OF LOW

FORECAST TO TAPER DOWN FRIDAY MORNING AS IT MOVES TO THE

RAINFALL AMOUNTS EXCEED 4 INCHES OVER OR UPSTREAM FROM ANY OF
THE LARGER RIVER BASINS...SUCH AS THE PASSAIC...RARITAN OR
  RANCOCAS BASINS...RIVER FLOODING BECOMES POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING DEVELOP. MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND IF FLOODING OCCURS.
